Different places. Shared conversations.
The holidays have a way of bringing our expectations and our realities into the same room. Sometimes they fit together. Sometimes they don't.
These small, facilitated support groups offer space for conversation, connection, and the complicated experiences that don't always fit neatly into the season.
No fixing. No forcing. Just room for what is.
For Alzheimer's Care Partners
When someone you love is still here, but life together has changed, grief doesn't always have a clear beginning or ending. This group offers a place to talk about the shifting realities of caregiving, the holidays, and loving someone through changes neither of you chose.
For Those Living With the Death of Someone They Love
The holidays can bring old memories, new realities, and expectations that no longer fit. This group makes room for the season as it actually unfolds—with its moments of connection, absence, laughter, sadness, and everything that doesn't fit neatly into one feeling.
For Those Bereaved by Suicide
After a death by suicide, the holidays can bring more than memories of someone missing. Questions, complicated relationships, guilt, anger, love, and the things left unsaid may all have a place at the table. This group offers conversation without judgment, explanations, or pressure to make sense of everything
